Today i havent really done alot. Ross went out to the Model map again with the Danish team, and Piret went out with the Essti team to some Animal farm which was really stupid cos they couldnt even see any animals. I sat at hotel did a couple bits of washing in the shower as there arint any washing machines we can use. Then went for a run around waterfront there were some random cow statues which were a bit strange thing to have. My legs were feeling kinda tired from all the running so not to sure if my run was a wise idea even thou it was only 30min still dont think it helped them much. ohh well
Tomorrow is the Middle qual so heres hoping Ross and i have some clean runs!! i think its going to be very hard to get in A final and we will have to run fast to make it!! Piret will now be the NZ support crew as shes not aloud to run the middle, She might try and run unofficially afterwards.
